Wi-Fi drops with any networking adapter are usually due to the wireless environment, outdated drivers, or the wireless access point. If you do decide to get a machine with our adapter in it, you can always reach out to me for support using the links in my signature below.

Seems the invasive software is why everyone prefers intel.

I will check on my drivers. My machine is last generation so it's bound to need some driver updates. Pretty sure the BIOS is up to date but I will check again.

On my GT62VR it's updated and i still got the same issue. It's either MSI or them. But MSI support is ridiculous on this, i've tried to let them know about the issue for two weeks and of course they didn't even consider the idea i was maybe saying something right or something that is confirmed by Killer Networking staff everywhere.

To be honest all the junk that comes with killer Control Center is useless for me, i don't consider it worth the space it occupies and it doesn't make me have a better connection like they try to explain to clueless people. I don't want that junk in my laptop anymore, it has to be updated far more than the drivers need to.

Uninstall the Killer Performance Suite using the Killer Uninstall Tool then reboot.

Then install the driver (INF) only by updating them from the Device Manager

If this doesn't work for some reason, you can try looking into your router/access point. We change wifi cards and devices much more than our routers. Most people don't even update their router firmware for security/performance flaws and in my experience, a good deal of issues with connectivity have been the router as well as the wifi card.

Is it the network in general or do you have trouble accessing specific sites? If the latter, turn off advanced stream detect in the killer settings.

Try clean installing to the latest version of the Killer Control Center by following this guide - https://support.killernetworking.com/knowledge-base/clean-install-killer-control-center/.

If that doesn't resolve the issue for you, please reach out to us directly by filling out the form here - http://support.killernetworking.com/submit-a-ticket/ - which will also allow you to submit a diagnostic.
