ISO File

    Howdy all
    I just downloaded a program that came in .iso format. I have never come across this before how do I use/unpack/view this file?

    Hi uba,
    it's a disk image file.
    You need to use Nero or some other software that can write disk images; then when you burn it you can't just drop and drag, you have to tell it that the file is a image file and burn it as such.

    If by chance you don't have a CD burner, Nero has an application called ImageDrive that will treat .ISO files as a 'virtual cd-rom' and let you access the contents without having to burn to a CD.
