All of a sudden these items appear on the right-click menu when I right-click on a graphic file:

    Rotate clockwise
    Rotate counterclockwise
    Set as desktop background

I have no idea what program puts them there. I need to remove them but don't know how. Thanks.

I think those are all default Windows commands.

They are but I know in win7 the context menu can be edited to remove things, you can use yamicsoft vista manager to add things or tuneup utilities to remove stuff. But why would you want to remove them?

I don't think they were there right after I did an OS restore. They appear recently after some windows updates. I want to remove them because there are so many other things on the right-click menu already. Besides, it's something I should be able to do being a member on this site and all.

You can uninstall the update then, but when you right click on a picture it should have the option to save, set as desktop, etc but I dont remember the rotate option.

I searched a little and found this site http://www.winvistaclub.com/e11.html
The author explains how to edit the context menu via the registry. He also provides links to some freewares that can be used to do the same. I don't want to mess with registry, so I downloaded the freewares. Haven't had a chance to use any though.
