Would love to see an upgraded stealth with more battery, perhaps thinner bezels and Windows Hello implementation. With Whiskey Lake's embedded Gigabit WiFi controller, it should hopefully free up some space and add more reliable WiFi (according to Intel, it should be faster).

Maybe.. since the i7-8565U is a sliver faster in boost clock than the i7-8550U. But the i7-8550U in almost all cases can't maintain even the 4.0GHz max boost clock that it currently has, so I doubt in any gaming scenario with an eGPU (probably the main reason people buy it) we'd see any noticable speed difference.

Maybe jettisoning the WiFi adapter would allow them to change the chassis.. but I would hope they keep a beefy cooling solution in there to try to make sure that thing always stays silent even under load. It would be kind of nice if they put a 14" in there instead of 13.3" and shrunk the bezels so they could try to get the same chassis size in a bigger panel. But honestly I'd rather seem them put any empty space into throwing more battery in there instead of making it smaller.

I think the bezel is a huge problem, huge being subjective. It is outclassed in dimensions so greatly be the competition due to that.

I don't think bezels are everything, you at least need a top bezel large enough to hold a webcam properly, upward firing nostril cams are awful. This is still probably the best ultrabook in the 13.3" class. The XPS13 might have a better chance of claiming that if it wasn't for the nostril cam and lack of at least one USB-A port.

When everyone is providing rubbish 480p/720p web cams, I think I stopped caring where it is facing as the image is meh either way. I usually use just voice + screen share on conf calls now, if you think these camera's are bad when you are testing it, it is even worse over the internet with it's lag and delay. Oh and then there is the fact that a lot of people like to just tape their web cam, it seems to not have very many uses. If someone really did need a web cam, they probably have a proper high quality one that sits on top somewhere. Truthfully I reckon the vast majority of people don't use the web cam at all.

However, thin bezels making the laptop smaller/lighter and more pleasing to the eye - I can get on board with that - pretty much everyone benefits from that.

I use them all the time, they work fine. I haven't seen a 480p webcam in years. Like I said before I'd rather more battery with the saved space.

Yes but it’s not like you are getting more battery, around 54wh I believe? My XPS 9360 has a 60wh battery. I’d be totally onboard it being larger if it brought other stuff with it.

Have they announced a new form factor blade stealth? I know what the current one has.
I thought we were discussing desires for a potential next gen stealth.

No only wish list from several poeple in forum like Razer subreddit and Razer Insider. Usually if they bring something new they will announce it in big exhibition like IFA etc, this time they announced only new keyboard, mouse and headset maybe next big event like CES 2019.
