Found a seemingly great deal on Amazon recently:

    Lenovo Flex 5 15'' 2-in-1 Laptop, New
    Core i5-7200U
    8GB RAM
    256GB SSD
    Win10
    #80XB0002US

    for only $488.99 [39% off]

It's underpowered compared to my mainstay, a 2012 Lenovo Ideapad Y580 with Win7, i7-3610QM and GTX 660M. But the Ideapad hinges are cracking, and I'd like a lightweight supplement for daily use and travel. I figure it can handle web browsing and movies while any gaming can be streamed via Steam Link from my desktop.

However the Amazon seller, HawkDeals, messaged me that the listing was in error and it is actually a Certified Refurbished product with a 90-day warranty.

Given my stated needs and the above specs, is $488 worth it for an Amazon seller's Certified Refurbished Lenovo 2-in-1 with a 90-day warranty?

It's not a good deal ... you can get the HP Envy x360 with the Ryzen 5 2500U for $100 - $150 more. That short 90 day warranty makes me uneasy.
