Alright folks! Figured I would ask since I ddint see anything on this online! Anywho, I upgraded my dell 7710 to a gtx 1070 from a quadro m4000m and was oc'ing/undervolting my cpu with xtu. I managed to fix my current limit throttling by upping my core icc max a couple of notches.

Now. What the heck is system agent iccmax? I am hitting power limit(100w on my 1070) when doing things on it, and was wondering if this was related to that maybe? Right now system agent iccmax is at 15a. I just want to know what the system agent iccmax even is lol

(Mods if this isnt the correct place, please feel free to move it :D)

XTU has no control over the GPU, so your power limit throttling won't change. That said, don't worry too much about it as long as performance is good, all Pascal cards "throttle" to some extent because of how the GPU boost works.

System Agent is just for the memory controller, PCI-e and other non core stuff, changing that value rarely has any affect and i wouldn't bother with it.
