Thank you guys for the advice, great as usual. I'll report later how it worked out.

RTX needs DCH drivers you can try debloated ones here https://github.com/CHEF-KOCH/nVidia-modded-Inf or use nvslimmer or nvclean install to debloat standard package.
If you never used Mac OS or are switching from OS X then Ubuntu Budgie should be good enough. If you are long time Windows user use Linux Mint or Cinnamon LTS version.
Oh for starters, nvidia proprietary driver doesn't support fractional scaling so you need to use Intel in Nvidia optimus mode and whenever you switch to nvidia the scaling will have no effect!
This is the reason my next BGA will be all AMD. I hate proprietary drivers that break basic day-day usage due to closed blobs!

Even most Linux distros have Store app which don't force everything to be installed from store app unless you need it.

so no workaround for RTX? damn it, my other laptop with gtx 1060 give me no problem switching from DCH to standard, so that's why the RTX one is not working. I use nvslimmer, no problem here. I was going to buy all AMD laptop also, but I didn't want to wait and the pickings were slim with AMD, now they're getting better, but I already bought this Sager, I wanted to have something for FS2020, I'm fan.
I used mac's in the past, but not fan at all, hardware and software restrictions won't fly with me, so I guess Mint it will be. Any place I can download control panel, outside of MS store? Anytime I go there I get pissed to the point I want to smash my computer to pieces and I don't have medical marijuana to keep me cool. LOL.
BTW Intel does not have non DCH drivers, do they? And why Intel graphic control panel is hidden now? it used to be right click on the desktop, wasn't it ?

    Nope. http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...river-451-48-whql.833399/page-2#post-11028536

I expect you can use same solution for Intel Graphics Command Center as well.
Intel also went into Microsoft trap. Same disgusting move. Yet another reason not to buy jokebooks with iGPU supported (Clevo LGA notebooks don't have iGPU connected).

RTX does not need DCH feces. Just use NVIDIA advanced search and select "Standard" instead of DCH and you'll be set. If you just let the Green Goblin do it's thing, you will be mislead into thinking the DCH crap is the only option, but they still support Windows 7 for desktop. For laptop crap you'll need to do an INF mod for Windows 7, apparently because they think laptop jockeys are too stupid to figure it out on their own. Yes, manipulation and deception have already begun. Remember... the Redmond Mafia doesn't care what customers want. In fact, the Redmond Mafia doesn't even have any customers... only slaves and serfs. Screw 'em. We'll do what we want, however we want, until they mess things up so badly that it's no longer worth doing. Then, we'll move to Linux and say to hell with Micro$lop and their worthless digital rubbish.

I'll try it out. Downloading offline packages in appx format is great!
I thought DCH was forced which I never liked anyway! I remember getting Driver not supported error and simply went with DCH driver. I'll try installing upcoming drivers in standard format instead of DCH.

You have to remove DCH drivers and block Windows 10 from automatically updating drivers or you will get the not supported error. You may already know that, but in case anyone else reading does not it bears mention.
