You need to download Intel control panel from MS Store for DCH drivers.

yes I am already using it and it is working fine

Just download it from this post http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/intel-drivers-updates.782418/page-30#post-10842164
It is non DCH driver so.. it won't need MS Store for the control panel ;)

He is using LTSB Windows edition :) so... there is no MS Store :)

Intel Chipset Device Software v10.1.17903.8106 WHQL (original Set with installer)
This installer package is dated 01/28/2019 and contains the "latest" WHQL certified INF files for all Intel Chipsets from 6-Series up.

FYI. No need to install the Chipset Device Software if you are on already installed OS (in use), unless the Device Manager shows any "missing driver" flag. Download and save it for your next OS install.

Tested, and confirmed it does not work with LTSB :(
The control panel only stays at initializing and wont open, neither do games.
    What a bummer

Upgrade to LTSC 2019 aka v1809 using Annual Targeting. If you want stability skip v1809 and stick with older drivers.

The MEI-Only Installer above contain only the Intel MEI driver without any software Bloatware or system services. Compatible with both Consumer/1.5MB and Corporate/5MB systems.
