I have installed Bluetooth Tweaker and it shows that aptX is enabled.

Strange why Windows doesn't show any aptX attributes.

Thank you very much. This driver solved my terrible audio quality on my Lenovo ThinkPad P71 with Intel 8265, now I have AptX enabled and the sound is great using Nuraphones.

I am not sure about this, however, my Nuraphone headphones support both aptX-HD and AAC but before installing this driver the audio quality was awful.

Did you try to remove the headphones from Devices and Printers, restart your PC and pair the headphones again?

Working on a AC9260, somehow the audio sounds... different? Not sure if better but for sure it is much less choppy. Also, it breaks the headset profile so no mic can be used. Someone got around this issue? Thanks!!!! I wish we could have a proper and up-to-date driver. Bluetooth experience over windows is horrible!

I'm not sure, but I think I've avoided such issues most of the time by installing aptX before connecting any BT audio for the first time on a fresh Windows install.
It may be worth trying to remove the device from the BT list, and then add it. I guess you've already checked out the Sound settings.

This works fine on my P50 with a 8260, haven't tried it on my Toughpad yet.
