    yo,
    my i6000d was having mad problems so they said they would exchange it, last thursday. the order still has Not shown up under my account. every time i chat with them they say it should be up between 4-14 business days.
    What do you guys think?

    Did you consider asking them if you could upgrade to the E1505? Also, what are you going to be using the computer for?

    how do i do that. i told the agent last thursday, he said he would put it on the record that i wanted an upgraded system. but he could not garuntee it. its my main computer, school, games, multimeida, editing. EVERYThing

    call them up and see what the deal is. Tell them that it has been 14 days, and no results have occurred.

    And try to ask for compensation for them taking their good old time fixing your problem.
