My budget is 1500$ USD (1200$ CAD) I will be buying from Canada.
This laptop will be used for work, i am a Real estate broker and i will be using this laptop to sign contract, open PDF' email, browse the internet, and show house picture to customer.

    Must have :
    10+ Hours of battery
    Good 13''-14'' Screen quality
    Portability (Size and Weight)
Overall look (It's a work laptop so i want it to be sharp)

    Nice to have :
    - Quad core
    - 16GB Ram
    - 250 GB SSD
    - Dedicated graphics for light gaming (D2, Runescape, Fortnite)
    - Touch screen

I currently own a Macbook Pro 2016, it's getting old and it's slowing me down a little bit. I love the battery, the size and screen quality and the look of it. So to me it feels really good but it lacks the performance.

I am considering buying the Macbook pro 2019 (Quad,128GB SSD, 8GB Ram) or the Matebook X Pro (Quad, 500GB SSD, 16GB Ram, MX150, touch screen)

I'm open to suggestion and i'd be happy to see what's available for me on the market.
    Thanks

Did you mean $1200 USD ($1500 CAD)?

Ultrabook generally don't have the dGPU but I would suggest something along the line of Asus Zenbook, Lenovo X1, Dell XP13/15. That budget would get you the lower end model spec with possibly Intel UHD 630. I am not sure how "light gaming" Fortnite would be but if you are okay with setting resolutions to low then maybe? I know Lenovo and Dell always have some sort of promo going on and steep discount, it may be worth checking it out.

Zenbook 14 should fit the bill - dedicated gfx, lightweight and very portable
