I think the craziest thing I saw a teacher do was in the 9th grade in art class. Teacher had all sorts of expensive professional art supplies. Someone once did not return an Ebony pencil... she used to count them and was very protective over them. She then held us captive in the room and proceeded to call 911 over the missing Ebony Pencil. A good ebony is something like $5.99 which is expensive for a pencil... but...

speaking of art teachers. my art teacher in year 8 practically did all my art stuff for me. we had to make a mythical creature themed pot, and i sucked so badly that she ended up doing about 95% of it, gave me full marks, and then kept it for herself. i guess she deserved it.

Not a catholic school I hope. We would need a whole forum for those issues instead of just one thread :D :D

This sort of nonsense is why I always vote against giving schools more money.

My step-sister, last night, was making up imaginary words and drawing pictures for her Speech class (that was the definition of the assignment). This is her senior year of highschool. Last month she was making something like a baby mobile out of plastic trinkets, wire, cardboard, and glue... I think for a literature class.

And what's up with this "forbidden knowledge" stuff? Transvestites frighten us. Let's pretend they don't exist! I mean, if you walked into the class naked, that would be inappropriate. A slightly confused answer to a stupid question, on the other hand...
