Hey everyone, I have a few questions:

Does disabling hyperthreading help with heat/power/throttling?

How easy is it to replace the LCD? I cannot stand grainy matte, thinking about the N133HSE-EB1 model which is the same one but glossy.

As far as I'm aware you cannot change turn off hyperthreading with the current stock bios - this is something that needs to be added into the bios via a custom bios or clevo themselves.

Replacing the screen should be no more difficult than other Clevo laptops i.e. unclip the surrounding frame, disconnect the video connector from the lcd to pcb, then unscrew the lcd from the frame and reverse the process to fit the new one.

    thanks!

sounds good that it is easy to replace the lcd (no need to disassemble completely right).

hey all, I recently ordered a clevo w230st, but when I turn on the computer the bios shows GTX 760...although it suppose to come with GTX 765.
My bios version is 1.00.05RPr, is this normal or I got a bad laptop?

Take a picture of the BIOS and share it here.
