Does anybody know whether it's possible to downgrade the BIOS on the HP Zbook 15 G6?
They disabled undervolting and UV was a godsend for a 15 inch 8 core i9 notebook.
    It's now on version R92.

Yeah the trick is - where is the previous BIOS version. It seems to be gone from the HP website.

Martin778, could you please tell us how the noise is with the 8 core processor? Does it differ from the hexacore i7? You said you've undervolted it, did you also change the thermal pasta and pads? Do you use a custom fan profile (NoteBook Fan Control)? How is it now, undervolted, compared to normal one? And how much did you undervolt it?
I don't have anywhere to test theese. I tested a i7 Zbook 15 G5, and was pleased with it after undervolting to about 100mV.
