    Hello,

I am currently using X1 First Gen and I need a repleacement laptop.
    My Budget is $2000.

    Can I get reccomendation between XPS13, X360 or X1 Yoga 2017 ?

    I like new XPS13 2in1 but I hate lack of USB A.
I like price and USB A on X360 but I have bad HP experience with heating.
And there is a upcoming X1 2017 model which looks great according to presentations on CES, but it still did not came out so I don't know will it have any issues.

    Your thoughts ?

    Thanks

I'm in the same boat as you. I have a SP4 which has been a nice system, but I'd prefer the laptop profile instead of the type cover. Pure value the x360 has caught my eye. It's price is similar to the XPS13 with better processors. Pen support is important to me, so I wonder which is better between those two.

I have the SP4 as well, and looking to probably get the Spectre myself 2017 model with the pen. :) Still researching myself.

@MrShadow90 consider Thinkpad Yoga 370, too. Among HP, I would suggest the new Elitebook X360 instead of Spectre.

@nizmoz Elitebook X360 is better than Spectre X360 in terms of build quality, and has more features (WWAN, fingerprint reader); on the other hand it has thicker bezels. Spectre and XPS are premium consumer machines, while Elitebook and Thinkpads are business-class.
