Yes.... Is not a good idea to use Driver Booster. Windows 10 is managing your drivers and is not a good idea to add another manager in the playground. ;)

Sorry for the delayed answer, i've been travelling this last week. Can you share your temps? ;) What do you think? Im happy with my maximum temps while stressing my cpu. I will check soon how is its behaviour with adobe premiere but on normal usage.

Is interesting to let you know too i undervolt my cpu at -0,050v

Your temps are excellent! What Thermal paste are you using and how did you apply it on the CPU?? I'm getting 79c to 83c while gaming. Idle getting 39-42c and normal tasks such as Chrome, YouTube and general windows navigation I get between 50 and 65c degrees. I have the HP Omen 17 w200na model from UK. It has a i7 7700HQ and GTX 1070 graphics card. I have applied a -111mV undervolt on the CPU with Throttlestop :) Well done on your excellent temperatures..

    Hey! I used the
    ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal Compound Paste
    i saw in Amazon.

My CPU is a Rectangular piece while my GPU is a square.

I,ve decided to put a 'big' drop on the center of the GPU and by the other hand, aply and extend over the CPU the paste to cover it. Just a thin layer. Not to much.

The drop in the middle, anyway, is t best way to aply the thermical paste.

OK, so my my battery that I replaced in February is already dying again, probably because it has a production date of 2014.

Any tips for where to order an Omen battery that is reliable and not obsolete stock?

Even I am on a lookout for battery, though am kind of ok with the performance I got for little over 3 years. Some suggestions on where to source this from will be really helpful

    Hello
For these laptops, would you say you have to repaste or is undervolting enough?

    Thanks

Regarding the battery, for a start, here's a search string for eBay:

    (15-5014TX, 15-5016TX, TPN-W111, 775951-421, HSTNN-LB6N, M2L3.5, RR04) (battery, akku) (hp, omen)
