Yeah, you're right. CRU is reporting it as 59.950 Hz.
    Thanks for the mod!

I replaced the T8100 with a X9000 bought off Ebay, but the screen is now not powering up and I cannot boot the computer. Fans come on, and the left half of the touch panel buttons. Perhaps a bad CPU or a problem with re assembly. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I may try and take it back apart tomorrow and see if it works with the T8100. It is a long process however.

Same thing after I put back the T8100. Screen does not work, fans spin, got all the touch panel buttons lit up which was just a cable that wasn't seated right.

Thought I'd just have a look to see if this group is still active and it is!!
Are any of the currently active members in the UK?
If you are, I have a shed load of parts for these wonderful machines and I'm having a clear-out.
I have everything in multiple, chassis, internals etc., various CPUs (including an X9000), both types of screen and both types of GPU.
Check my sig for some rough details.
They've all been in my loft for quite some time, so I can't guarantee if everything's still working, but most of it was when I put it away.
I think I had as many as 5 of these, in various states of disrepair, at some point or another, but I've moved on now and have no time for a Dragon build project.
Only one is fully intact and still in use, at my mum's house. The rest are up for grabs.
If anyone wants the spares, then drop me a message and we'll work something out for the postage costs.

Just to stop talking to myself, took the computer to a shop, they eventually got it working but were not sure why it eventually booted. Seems fine now with new X9000 CPU.

How do you like it with the x9000? You using WSXGA or WUXGA?

What did you move on to?

I prefer the WUXGA and the nVidia GPU combo.
The X9000 was great: Really snappy and even better than the T9300 overclocked with the FSB mod and Throttlestop.

    I've got a pair of Dell Inspiron-17 7779 2-in-1 Laptops.

Mine is WSXGA with Nvidia. Huge improvement over the T8100. Idle temps under 30 stock, and only about 30/32 on the two cores overclocked to 3.6

Hey guys I'm looking for a Dragon, preferably working with 8800m GPU and WUXGA screen.

Yea WUXGA blows the WSXGA out of the water i believe.

    Hows the Dell Inspiron been?
