OK then, just cleaned it up a bit. ;)

If you lower the timings (make it faster) you need to do it on all RAMs as it allways runs at the speed of the one with the highes timings (slowest).

Certainly Prema thats exactly how they work... thats why its easier to test individually. Atleast for testing purposes its good that the slowest timing is the default when more than one module is used. Prema thank you for making a new one or fixing that one either cool.

If its the one I posted care to teach me what not to do :)

    edit:
I see so you just unchecked the CL9 on the supported latency table and maybe the lower one and that brought the 400mhz profile back... anything else? That way it only loads the CL8 right

    Oh, so fast response :)

First of all thanks very much, I need to underclock them, becouse I am overlocking my laptop and after I rise FSB to 333 via setfsb, frequency rises but timings remains still as 266 (7,7,7,20) I need to get 9 9 9 9 35 on 533(1066) :)

edit:// and that question about voltage. I was just curious if it is possible I have quite old laptop (hp dv6-1419eo) having modded bios, but even in modded isnt XPM,ram voltage etc, these settings in laptop are just wet dreams :)))

btw I ve bricked this samsung modul earlier, hot swap and here we go.. :)

    exactly :)

Ok, so it seems, that motherboard started ignoring spd tables, with both sticks i boot up and running at normal 7 7 7 7 20 clocks :O solo samsung stick wont boot, I dont get it :(

CPU-z showing that jedec as 548, can it be caused by this slight difference ?

Are you sure that it will help you?
In this thread guy tried to do the same (similar) making 1333RAM to work 1066RAM on 1333timings. It didn't help

Micron seems to be write protected, but TPH showing he is not. for write I am using spd tool, but it should work anyway, maybe its due to microns different EEPROM :/

one does not simply underclock DDR3 !! :/

    edit://

well Its kinda similiar but icore and c2d are way to different, he wanted to change ratio of bclk/ram i just want to force my sticks to get 1333 settings at 1066.
