How would I connect this laptop t440s with this monitor gechic onlap?

ThinkPad T440s Ultrabook: Lenovo's Best 14" Business Laptop | Lenovo (US)
    - Does not seem to have a full HDMI or an HDMI at all

    PRODUCT- Gechic Corporation
    - look at the picture of the ports

It takes VGA and HDMI. So I look at the accessory
    PRODUCT- Gechic Corporation
    VGA Image Cable

That thing does not look like a vga! I thought VGA looks like this vga-rca-sv-adapter.jpg

And their picture of "VGA image cable" looks to small. Where would I stick it into the lenovo t440s?

I don't know what DCIM is. I tried plugging the thing that goes into DCIM into my laptop directly. No image resulted on the screen. It just says "No signal"

    From the T440s tech specs:
Then, all you'd need is the VGA cable or what saturnotaku linked. Also, VGA is just an arrangement of pins, the form of the connector you are familiar with is what's considered the standard, but there is nothing preventing a manufacturer from implementing a different connectors as long as the pins are wired as the VGA spec states they should be wired. Either way, you are going to need an adapter cable. Personally, I'D go display port to HDMI which in my experience gives a slightly sharper picture.
