How to return the Mx18 r2

    How do i return this thing... i paid for it on 5/10/2012 i received it 5/23/2012

    I have had one problem after another with this thing....

    I just did a factory recovery ( to out of box state )

    I have gotten the blue screen o death 3 times today, since i did this

    Sound keeps cutting out.

    The laptop earlier kept going from integrated gpu to the 7970m then back

    Im really tired of this, i dont know if its my specific laptop but there are things i need to get done and when i keep having these problems it keeps me from my work.

    So if someone could help me i would like to return this laptop for another one thats not so messed up.

    have u loaded any software on to it, or it's just the factory image?

    have u run the alienAutopsy to check the system is running correctly ?

    have you rang the dell to tell them your problems ?

    just call up dell and ask for a replacement unit or refund. quite painless, really.

    Yes this is after the factory recovery.
    i have called dell they said they cant/wont do anything since i did a factory recovery. They even did the remote assistance and took over my computer after i did the factory recovery and they couldnt find anything wrong and i was like well of coarse i just did a factory recovery.
    But really im hoping its just this laptop thats all messed up

    When you first boot up, run through the diagnostics also, I used that to find one of my drives I set up in raid was causing an I/O error. It goes through and tests everything, gives you an error code if there is an issue.

    Whtt you just want to return ur great system cosz of Bluescreen:( Well its not Hardware fault at all, sounds like its software problem that you did install. did you installed AMD Overdrive? also try to delete all files located (Appdata/Temp/).
    Even tho for better solution just do fresh windows install (make sure youve back up your imp. data).
