The DOS booting USB stick opesn a DOS enviornment. It will only recognize a file name of eight characters or less.
Therefore the Batch [.bat] file can not be named overclock, as this name has nine characters. It is easy to rename overlength files in windows, BUT edit the batch file to check the .rom name length also. The same rules apply.

SO, the .bat file name must be eight or less letters.
It contains a .rom filename of eight or less letters AND this
name matches a file .rom that is also found on the USB stick.

Your error message indicates that DOS cannot find the file: either the Batch [.bat] File [the command that you typed] or the instruction File NVflash.exe [the command in the Batch File] or the referenced .rom File [the name found after the -4 -5 -6] cannot be found. If you have located some of these files in a different directory on the stick, this error can also occur, as DOS does not search through Directories for you. Remember that DOS does exactly what you ask it to do, it does not have an error handling capacity.

Just want to send a huge thanks to Z for helping me through my update. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong thanks to him! Using 177.39 drivers for my 64-bit Vista NP5792, my 3d mark score went from 8390 to 8600. Awesome!

EDIT: 3d mark settings were off xD! Still a nice increase.
