Maybe thermal paste application method has changed from stamp pad to normal manual thermal pasting??

The difference is huge, on winter i had 0 throttling on my R2, the same if i run on march - july.. its opposite.. are u sure ur PCH max temp was 60 when running extreme test on both gpu and cpu.. and im wondering what kinda speciaaaall paste they used.. RND team head is using GC extreme that i know well, i suggested him that.. before that he was using ARTIC MX4.. but glad to hear your problem is solved.. have fun

Double precision. Try Eigen Matrix multiplication library. Will help you not dive into AVX2 instructions yourself. You can simply enable AVX2 in VS. And dataset size is 8192 matrix, 8 of them, running in parallel in an infinite loop. More or less the kind of work I do

I'll ask them what paste they are using.
Also, I had my PC running for more than 5 hours now and then ran some tests for @Vasudev . PCH went to 70C then started coming down. Some pics I've posted

At any rate, these results are WAY better than before, though they may not necessarily be the best. I'm fine with it. 0 throttling in most demanding games, applications and my programs. All I asked for :p

Arctic silver Ceramique 2 will have good temps for a week or two, then the same story: sudden temp spikes. I resorted to repasting every week, then bought CM Maker gel Nano so far the temps consistent for a month and still going strong w/o new thermal pads.
@judal57 was suggesting me to buy either ICD 7, TG-K, CM MG Nano and TG-C. Finally chose CM MG Nano. Its little thick and viscous than Kryonaut. Even @iunlock and @Mobius 1 can vouch that TG K is smooth and more viscous.

Sorry @Mobius 1, I ate some words whilst typing. My actual sentence was: TG K is smooth and more viscous which means it spreads very easily.
