As you might know from my previous thread, i was sent a technician to replace my mainboard and LCD. This was about 1 week ago, and today i noticed that the technician made mistake while typing in my ServiceTag. It now has a typo ("P" instead of an "R") and differs from my real tag in the database and on the bottom of my Laptop.

tl;dr Dell technician set the wrong ServiceTag in my BIOS

Is there a way to change this again?

You will have to call Dell. The tool they use is only available to certified technicians.

Ok, thanks for that. I found tools on the Dell website for some other notebooks and hoped that i missed them for Alienware.
    Thanks anyway :)
