How to backup VBIOS before attempting flash of Prema mod?

    worst case: buy a programmer and read the EEPROM chip :)

    The options are:
    - legacy support enable & secure boot disable
    - legacy support disable & secure boot enable
    - legacy support disable & secure boot disable

    The first is the default and the only one bootable. I can not boot with the other two. I am guessing that boot disk is created with MBR and not GPT.

    I guess I should try windows 10 and GPT.

    Yes, that would be perfect. I would like to see if I can find a solution because NVFlash seems to access the chip. Just can not read the firmware image.

    If I fail then there will be no alternative but programmer.

    Legacy option disabled and Secure boot enabled.

    It does - I've flashed my 980M many times and the flasher did the disabling. I could also save the original vBIOS via GPU-Z.

    I forgot to provide an update. Thanks to Valuxin's kind help I realized that the vBios is in the sBios of HP Zbook.
