I have a lg cinema 3dtv that I have hooked up and I use tridef for 3d. when i underclock i get 27fps when i overclock i get 27fps so it has to be cpu limited, how can I get the cpu running faster like just using two cores at a faster clock rate than 2ghz vs 1 core at 2,3ghz or something.

    any help would be appreciated

    ps np8150

Do you have vsync on? I doubt that you're CPU limited with that chip. What are you using for the FPS testing? If I recall correctly, most 3D gaming almost has to use vsync to work properly.

What are you connected with? As far as I know, the bandwith of HDMI 1.4 can't allow more than 24 or 30fps in 3d mode. Or something along those lines.

Lower your resolution to 720p in 3D and check if your FPS rise.

its tridefs fault not my gpus power or cpu for that matter. they need to support multi core cpus...

I'm pretty positive this is the case. Especially since lowering the resolution did not increase FPS.

It's not your CPU or your GPU, it's probably designed to run vsync.
