Is it possible to put a surveillance camera inside a particular room where it does not normally allow anybody to get inside, so everything inside is always static (and the windows inside are always closed and locked). The camera is stable , does not rotate, and works for 24 hours. Should there be any significant motion in the camera (thus maybe somebody gets inside or just a fly ), then I will get notified on my computer or mobile phones. Is it possible?

You're essentially just looking for a burlar alarm that can send alerts to a cellphone - yes they exist. Hop onto Amazon and no doubt you'll find something suitable.

A Nest Cam can do this.

I just got a Wyze Cam for $20 + shipping, that *says* it does that.
Plus 1080p, wifi, night vision, alerts, cloud storage.
no web interface, only ios / android app viewing.
