help! how to decrease capacity of share ram to X4500MHD??

    Unlike some integrated graphics solutions from ATI or Nvidia, Intel graphics chipsets always automatically adjust its own memory usage, so there's no way to change it.

    rocky did not specify what OS he was using, but it brings up another question - can the X4500 use the extra 1 GB of ram that is not available to a 32 bit OS, if you add the 2 GB and bring it up to 4 GB? Otherwise, he might as well add 1 GB if he has a 32 bit OS...

    yes, I has no experience about it, but i found this information in my "dxdiag", may be i'm wrong:eek:

    So, can anyone show me how can i know my X4500 the actually using of this sharing.

    (Normally when My T400 start up and run taskmanager, the information of Ram is being use about 450mb..i have not started any application)

    No, my friend is using a HP Laptop with CpU T2500, Ram 2GB but he can run 3 virtual machine very well,(2 virtual linux, 1 virtual Xp,and 1 truthful XP operate system)

    hello, i'm using Xp SP3 32bit:)
