I'm in the market for a new laptop. I'm coming from an Asus RoG GL502VS, which I thought at the time was going to be relatively slim. The pics online were deceiving, so it was quite a bit thicker than what I was thinking it was going to be. But that "size", length and width would be alright, just not the thickness. So it looks like now, the Razer 17 would be almost the exact same dimensions, except half and inch thinner. That would be great. Or I'm open to a 15". The laptop I had my eyes on was the AERO 15, but I've been reading some heating issues, etc. One thing that kills me is constant fan noise, coming from this GL502VS. I'm open to suggestions.

Really trying to decide between something with a 2080, 2080Max q, and 2070. I want great performance if I'm spending $3000+. Right now my 1070 is just running crazily hot.

    Help!
