My wireless connection keeps dropping. It'll sometimes have the little white x in the red circle and shows no available connections. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I wish I knew. These Killer cards are not all that great in my opinion. My previous laptop (Alienware M14xR2) had the same card, and I have the same problems as well.

You might want to try to go to the razer page and update the driver for the wireless card. Also there is the utility software for the killer wireless card. You should install that, it will help you get connect to the internet when the window doesn't let you to do so. You should be able to download the utility software here:
Killer Gaming :: Support :: Driver Download Support

Windows should ALWAYS let you connect. You should not need the third-party killer wireless software to connect, ever. I install the base drivers for my card using device manager and i dont have any issues with the card itself (except that it doesn't stream movies from my server as well as intel cards have).

That being said, you may want to consider installing the killer software simply for the sake of ensuring your drivers are up to date and correct. you could also try running the killer cleaner app on that page before installing the software, just to ensure a clean installation.

BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS AND THE CLEANER BOTH BEFORE RUNNING THE CLEANER! YOU'LL BE WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION AND WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS TO A USB DRIVE IF YOU RUN THE CLEANER BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE DRIVERS TOO! DON'T ISLAND YOURSELF.

Let me know if this works out for you.
