I was developing a web application using MVC5. The application is related to sales so the sales person uses touch screen LCD/keyboard mouse as well as android tablets. For the input, I used Jquery to create a nice little keypad so that when the user clicks or touches on the text box, the keypad appears(they will rarely use keyboard). But when using the same application in Android tablet, I am getting two keypads (one from the application and one from android). So, can anyone please tell me on how to resolve this conflict or if there's a best practice to handle both situations?

    Thanks

If you're able to read input from the Android keypad, would it be possible to add OS detection code in your program and deactivate your keyboard when running on Android?
