When ever I OC my CPU in Dragon Center when I try to run user bench mark the computer crashes. Should I be worried that I got a bad CPU? It's the 6820Hk

Not really enough information...what is your OC? What is the multiplier ?

Sorry it was at the max allowed in the DC of 4.2

put your system specs in your signature like me so we can better assist you.

For my 7820HK, to run stable @ 4.2 GHz, I undervolt the CPU in XTU by -100mV

here are my settings but mind you this is for a 7820HK CPU so your mileage may vary:

Very very few 6820HK can do 4.2Ghz, on the stock voltage.

Oh ok. Why does the dragon center let you OC to 4.2 I wonder. Thanks

It can show the max values but that doesn't mean you can run them. Depends from CPU to CPU and their silicon lottery

Also, definitely won't run at the max overclock stable without some kind of undervolt anywhere between -70mV to -110mV
