Does anyone have a fix for the Thunderbolt 3 enclosure not working?

I have the Mantiz Saturn 2 and it works great with my Macbook Pro 16 and my Alienware m15 r2 but the MSI does not show any devices in the Thunderbolt Control Center. Gives a error that my Thunderbolt devices may have limited functionality.

Has anyone gotten an eGPU to work on these older MSI systems?

I updated the BIOS of the laptop. Where is the TB3 BIOS located?

Nothing on the MSI page, I sent a query to MSI support. These eGPUs aren't really prevalent yet but they definitely show promise. If I didn't need to work on my Mac as well, I would've used one of the new powerful Nvidia cards instead of the AMD RX 5600 XT.

EDIT: Just received a response from MSI that MSI laptops don't support eGPU so no updated firmware or other support will be forthcoming. I find that to be ridiculous. After 10 years and 7 laptops our family will seek other alternative manufacturers. :(

I expected that kind of response.

I might have the tool somewhere. If i find it will upload it.

Edit: Found the Tool and Drivers for it, uploading as we speak and will link it here.

Simply reboot into the BIOS enable Thunderbolt Firmware Update, boot into Windows and then run FwUpdateTool.exe select the firmware then click start Firmware Update.

Once done reboot back into the bios and disable the Firmware Update.

    Firmware Updater with Firmware

I have also included the drivers just incase Its know to work with the Firmware Tool.
