    Email Michael Zhu.

This is his email response to me on February 7th:

"Yes, you’re allowed to trade in for our RTX 20 series models. Please see attached file for a list of our RTX models. However, please note that we will not have enough inventory to support the trade-in program for another 2-3 months.

For you to trade in for a RTX model, you will receive a $xxxx trade-in credit for your GT73VR TITAN-017 that you can use toward the MSRP of the RTX model of your choice, so you’d just have to pay for the difference."

This is the doc of eligible RTX models:

I am in no hurry. The upgrades are way more expensive this time and the initial deal offered is always the worst one. I'd like to try to get MSI to honor the original "we will only charge you the cost of what it would've been to buy the new GPU".

That is definitely a good news for many who wish to migrate to the long-waited RTX.

100% true. You can trade in a second time. Not only was this made very clear the first time around, but still is not being denied by them. In fact, I mentioned it in my original email to them and they're still going through with everything so it's confirmed true.

Michelle Yu <michelleyu@msi.com> is the person managing trade-ins. When she replies, I'll share what the current offers are. Thx all.
