Keep sending emails, once a week or two. Check if for any reason you might have an answer on spam. It took about 2-3 months for initial contact for me, then it all went faster than I expected.

I'm wondering Ryzek did you know about the new Nvidia 10 series cards in January? or am I missing something it's been a while. I'm trying tom get a timeline as to when all this started.

I knew new GPUs would come out. Thats about it. Back then I was under the impression we would get upgrade kits.

But we all know how it all turned out.

I sent my form to them in late November/early December, received the trade-in information back on December 9th, then replied to that email on December 10th. MSI hasn't contacted me since. Not once. I tried replying to the original email again on Feb 10th and Feb 15th but still no response... Not cool MSI. Not cool.

I've given up on MSI Canada. Never budged from the single upgrade path. Sticking to what I have for as long as it'll do me, then I'll go to another brand. And I'll make sure not to recommend MSI to anyone. Good job pissing what wanted to be a loyal consumer.

Did you send emails to the same email address provided on the first post?
Have you also tried calling them?

I'm in Canada and they're dealing with us rather rigidly. One upgrade, gt72vr only for a gt72 with a 980m. . Choice, no second upgrade. And prices aren't anything competitive to make up for it. I've made my peace with it.
