Other than some being Kaby Lake all of these are Nvidia 1060 parts.

But the 422 (http://www.excaliberpc.com/658042/msi-gs63vr-stealth-pro-422-15.6.html) seems to be listed with a different screen? "vivid color"? Compared to the other models that all seem to list a different panel.

I know the base FHD panel for the GS63VR isn't the best, but I'm wondering if the 422 has a different screen that might be better? Otherwise I'll end up getting the 1070 Max-Q for the 120hz screen.

I guess getting the 4k is another option but I can't find any specific reviews on it... color gamut? PWM frequency? Better than the FHD?

    Anyone have any idea?

The reseller that's just here nearby specifies a screen as "eDP vivid color" when it's a 120Hz TN panel, otherwise they just smash "IPS".
The 4k screen is an RGBW Pentile Samsung display (same as the one used in the Asus Zenbook series), not too bright, I don't like it.
