We are in the same boat! I bought the Corsair Vengeance 2133MHz and it didn't work on the M6800 at all. Now to find time to sell it on fleabay...

8 GB modules at 1866 MHz were not available when the M6800 launched, so some documentation mentions a 16GB limit at that speed. There is no actual limit in the hardware, you just could not get 32GB at that speed at the time that the documentation was written.

Could you post the exact model and kingston part number in order to find them, please?
Would the Corsair Vengeance 2133Mhz work as well?

Yes I do.But with an AMD 6100 FirePro.Neither the HS nor the x-bracket are a direct fit into the GTX 970m.

Regarding P5000 on the M6700. I translated some of the page and realized that it looks like he has the IPS display in the M6700... A sort of rare configuration I believe, but it uses eDP for the display, maybe that is why it works better. (Not sure why it wouldn't work in the M6800 in that case.)

No it doesn't look like that. The X-bracket is only a "X" without attachment plate. U need to confirm the screw size, it should be M2 (Clevo uses M1.5), or else u have to remove the heatsink screw and use non-spring common screw which is dangerous if careless. Even with M2 screw hole, the extrusion of the screw mount should be only about 1mm where it is almost same level with card surface when stick (Clevo 3mm, some M2 design 2mm). If too long the spring will not bring the card and heatsink tight enough
