Hello guys! I recently bought a new laptop from @GenTechPC , which is MSI GP75 10SFK, when I turned it up the fan 1 (left one) keep spins between 6 to 8 seconds then stops the same time, then again and again, the whole day, tried to enter to MSI dragon center and make it silent, but no chance. So I tried to activate cooler boost (Button) and the fan 2 (right one) works fine, but the first one has no relation with it, it's like it's working separately. One more thing the RPM in fan 1 is always 0 RPM even it's spinning as I mentioned below, but when I activate the second one , it's showing around 5000 RPM only in second fan, and still 0 RPM in first fan. After 30 minutes, the fan stopped spinning for almost 2 minutes, and back to normal without any noise, and when I try cooler boost in that time, they are working both perfectly and stop when I press the button, after that 2 minutes, it's back to spinning again as mentioned above. I really don't know what is wrong with it, is it normal guys? I mean the laptop is brand new, just try to turn it on and works in Google chrome some time, no games, nothing else. Need your help. What should I do? Thanks. VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-HqKM5bCA08cfd9B_UmXfAHfU2QB2Jjr/view
Other things you could try. What does it say when you load up HWInfo in sensors only mode? https://www.hwinfo.com/ Try rebooting the laptop into safe mode to see if the fan behaviour acts the same, or acts differently.
I don't get the first one. Do I need to install that software in my laptop then check for sensors only mode, and take a screenshot for you, right?
Here is a video showing the problem I have. Please listen carefully: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-HqKM5bCA08cfd9B_UmXfAHfU2QB2Jjr/view
Even happens in the BIOS? Oh dear. Also for HWInfo there's a zip version that you can just extract and run. You can then screencap the temperatures and posting here to see if it's picking up anything that isn't normal.
