IIRC the Aero 14 came with 1x16GB stick of RAM, so you can add another to get to 32GB.

Looks like it comes with a single stick of 16GB, but you can add another stick. No other options shown right now, but maybe the 4K version will vary, or once it hits other retailers.

Also no mention if it is killer or intel wifi/lan.

I don't think any newer Aorus or Gigabyte laptops come preconfigured with 8GB, you could probably only get a reseller to do that for you, or maybe even 4GB if you contact them and request it. Of course, the point at which you're ordering from a reseller, it's probably better just to choose from their options rather than install your own, unless you're super duper picky. Looking at Newegg, for instance, searching within all Gigabyte and Aorus laptops for 8GB RAM units, you only get these two results, both of which are Skylake/Maxwell era units. Everything else is 16GB or 32GB.

This is good. I already have the aero 14 and happy with it but I like Gigabyte pushing the aero series with thin bezel screen and tb3. Now I just hope the price comes down by 100~300 dollars in the future. I still feel that aero 14 is a good option since it is 300 dollars cheaper

We should have them mid-May. You should see them go up on our website for Pre-order later today, or tomorrow.
