Recent Chrome updates have caused Chrome's title bar color to sync with your secondary Windows color. There was a way to disable this via a setting in chrome://flags, but it's been removed as of the latest version of the browser. Is there some other way to get rid this annoyance aside from changing the color within Windows display settings? See the attached image for an example of what I would like to remove.

I think that is a user setting. My layout is default and I have no color issues. Also my chrome has no resemblance to yours as well.
