    Try older drivers first.

The fact it was working then stopped working with a Code 43 usually means it is potentially faulty / hardware failure.

Roll back to the last, known working set of drivers/state.

Last resort, give it a clean install with the last known working driver set.

    What model 1060 is it?

More the maker of the card.

Yes pictures are attached, i could not find my old 780m card, but i found my old amd 7879m or something, that card is my replacement now, working good, why is it just the nvidia drivers that are a problem on windows? i needed to do the inf mod on nvidia, with the amd it just worked.

The core contact is pretty terrible on the Nvidia card.

I Have the same problem , I have P150SM and this bloody gtx1060 . My version is 1C20. Initially i was able to install drivers(384.76) but card was working only for a while and then system went to BSOD with Video Memory Management Internal. Since that happended , i can't install any drivers, even those was working before, because windows keep blocking the card after reboot with error 43.
On german Ebay auction i saw exactly the same card and description says that you must have 230W PSU , otherwise card won't work. Because i have 180W PSU ,I believe this damaged my card, however my seller didn't say anything about required PSU... So i have to send it back to China for warranty repair/replacement...
