dont go with 1070, pascal is already at end of life. and gpu's are not the main culprit for the heat..its the cpu mainly

...What? A 1070 draws more power than an HK or HQ cpu... Unless you just mean how it's skimped on more often.

It's also pretty bad advice to skip a warranty.

whos talking about power? i said the 7820hk heats up more than a gtx 1080 or 1070.

Because quite literally the more power it draws the more heat it creates. 7820HK puts out less heat than a 1080 or 1070, but the gpu usually has a much better heatsink.

Does-more-wattage-mean-more-heat I wonder if I overclock my Cpu and draw more power from the wall.. Will it create same amount of heat?

No, it's 100% necessarily true. If you don't think it's true, you're so severely misguided it makes me feel pity.

Please be less vague then. Are you referring to how the increased thermal density of a cpu vs a gpu makes it harder to cool?

That's not the same as how much heat they are emitting. The higher power drawing gpus would heat a room quicker than a cpu with lower power draw. But the cpu is harder to keep temps down on because of the density. More heat in a smaller area, but not more heat overall.
