This was on a FZ Q2 but I bet it applies to a FZ Q1 also.

Just got it with w10 installed. brightness was wonky.
Dim in BIOS and ok brightness in w10.
I tried F keys which had zero effect.
w10 showed the slider at max brightness.

    I was a bit baffled.
It appeared the w10 install was a generic install.
I have the factory recovery image so I installed it.
The brightness flickered several times during the install. After the install was done, the brightness was normal again, even in the bios screen.

I think the factory install changes brightness settings at the BIOS level while the generic install can't change those bios level settings.

Q2 has wifi module soldered on, like a 3E does.

Blair, can you add Q2 to the title of this thread?
    Thanks

    Q2 camera test on W10.

    Decent quality for a webcam.

Yes, the image quality is decent for a webcam, very little pixalation, the most notable is the 'EXIT' sign.

Considering that you are wearing an awesome tie-dyed t-shirt, rainbow frame glasses and have a 'KEEP IT REAL & REFRESHING' sign over your right shoulder, you look way too serious, almost like a mug shot or a passport photo. :D

I hope the day gives you something that makes you smile.

    Place to get one what?
I don't understand what part you are looking for.
I do have an extra battery and some Q1 parts.
Also a complete (-touchscreen) Q1 with keyboard.
