    FS/FT Zotac GTX 1080 MXM 8GB

    Price: Trade for Other GPU

    Condition: Used

    Warranty: None

Reason for sale: Can‘t get it working

Item location: Wunstorf , Niedersachsen , Germany

    Shipping: Local pickup, DHL
    International shipping: Yes
Handling time: Ships within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment

    Feedback: eBay Feedback Profile

Specifications: Zotac GTX 1080 MXM. Like in some of my threads I can‘t get it working in Alienware 17 R1, Medion Erazer X7825 and M17X R3. So I don‘t know if the card is working fine and I have to sell or trade this card as faulty.

Hi, are you interested to trade with a working GTX970M 6GB, 4 phases vrm (instead of 2) ?
Or a working quadro K4000M 4GB (up to 980MHz in overclocking)

I have three cards, 870m, 5870 mxm, quadro m1000m. 870m and quadro are faulty but repairable (870m has a shortage somewhere, if found the card die is still working), quadro m1000m give a solid white screen after passing 60c, possibly a temp sensor issue cutting off power to the die. I will give you all of these for that gtx 1080. How does it sound, if the 870m is fixed it can be the perfect candidate for your gt72.
5870 mxm is working perfectly fine, used for around 3 months until I upgraded my Acer 8940g with a 980m (10 year old 18.4 laptop running a 980m, yeah)

    K4000M is like?
4 Phases instead of 2? Is this a special 970m?

The K4000M came from my actual dell M6700, it work fine, I flashed an unlocked vbios that allow overclocking up to 950MHz stable (980MHz might be for benching only) at stock voltage (instead of the 600MHz base boost).
The GTX970M is an MSI one modified by me because one of the mosfet was shorted because the previous owner has flashed an unlocked vbios with unlocked voltage (by svet), so I bought many of them, replaced the two existing and added two for a total of 4, then I flashed the stock vbios on it, it work very well for about 6 month until I got my Quadro P4000.
I can add picture if you want, I want to keep one of them (in case my P4000 die).
I have only one X bracket (from the K4000M) for both.
