I haven't used that fan in particular, but I can give you specs to keep in mind that should help.

TM1 VRM rad is ~58mm, as long as the fan is ~60mm width at 5-8mm height, you should be fine in terms of clearance and performance. Additional 1mm can be had by grinding down the melted plastic points holding the backplate grill. At 70mm width and above, you either need to mod the heatsink (cut copper mounting) or have to deal with loss of pressure due to rad/fan offset.

In terms of electricals, the rail takes a 5v fan, but it's using a non standart 4pin pinout. You'll need to rewire it to fit, 0.5a works just fine. From the top of my head the rail is rated for 1a (I think)

"What you want to do is to leave pins 2 & 3 unterminated, only using pin 1 and 4 to power the fan. This will make the fan run 100% always.

You can use the link up above to get an idea of what pin is where (black is ground and red is 5v)

    PIN 1 is 5V PWR
    PIN 2 EC (TACH)
    PIN 3 BUS SWITCH
    PIN 4 GROUND"
