    good luck on the sale. If you able to sell it, you recovered almost half of your XPS that you bought. I am contemplating of buying it for my Asus U6V but I began to hate my laptop since I started traveling more and I need more battery life.

    Hi, I'm from Singapore and I'm interested to buy your P9500.

    Is your P9500 listed in eBay? Because I checked eBay just now but cannot find this item there.

    Nope. I'm trying to sell it through here so I wont have to pay eBay fee. Let me know if you really prefer buying it through eBay.

    if you listed it on ebay for as much as most p9500s it would totally make up for the ebay fees.

    Think so too but too many scammers on eBay so I prefer selling it here.

    Might list it on eBay soon if nobody buys it here.

    Thanks!

    I currently have a P8600 and was thinking of upgrading. Would the P9500 be a fair upgrade?

    Maybe someone with more experience can jump in to comment on that.

    @grimmy311

    Nope, not at all. The frequencies of the chips are very close (2.40 GHz vs. 2.53GHz).

    For a meaningful upgrade, jump to a

    - T9600 (2.80GHz)
    - T9800 (2.93 GHz)
    - T9900 (3.06GHz)

    I would recommend a T9800. Since T9900 is "top of the line" it is extra expensive. Performance-wise there is a negligible difference between a T9800 and a T9900.

    Have you tried using a better thermal paste other than the stock one? I have replaced mine with IC7 diamond and it helped a lot!
