Selling my beloved Alienware M17x R4 as a barebone, missing a GPU and storage mediums.

There is a 120Hz display installed, but the plexiglass is not glued in place only double sided tape has been added.

There 4 in total heatsinks included, the ones installed inside the laptop are the ones that work, the 2 other heatsinks that are included are defective, the GPU one is bent and the CPU one most likely has bad pipes from production.

I have personally run a GTX 1060 and a Radeon Pro WX 7100 in this laptop without issues on the 120Hz display with PEG mode.

The laptop will not work without a GPU installed duo to the 120Hz display being connected with eDP cable instead of LVDS cable.

The old LVDS cable will be included if user wishes to return to a 60Hz LVDS panel instead.

Thank you, clear and clean images let the buyer really see what he is getting, at least that is what I am thinking when I browse eBay LOL

Nice system. GLWS first of all

    Two things:
    1. Why are you selling it? If it's cos of bizzare throttling tune up the CPU TDP will help.
    2. Could you please share the recovery disks iso via torrent?

I am selling it because I just do not have any need for it, I mostly play on my desktop anyway and my ThinkPad is vastly lighter and smaller to act as a media center.

As for the second question, is that even allowed on NBR?? I mean yeah sure I can share them but only if its allowed on the forum.

I am not sure why but they all skyrocketed in prices on eBay and everywhere else.
Of course I am always up to offers.
