Hi, I've got another thread, where I'm discussing methods for creating undervolting drivers/tools for linux. (The concrete thread is here http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/undervolting-e-g-skylake-in-linux.807953/ )

Since it may contain some form of reverse engineering, does this rule apply here ?
    It's quite difficult, when I read https://reverseengineering.stackexchange.com/search?q=legality

Am I allowed to post any findings here, or otherwise could you suggest me a community which is better suited for such a topic ?

If you're unsure it's best left not posted.

I'd contact the responsible parties and get the OK from them. If they say it's OK, then we probably will, too.
