I saw this in the parking lot at work last night...

2012 Wrangler | Call of Duty: MW3 Edition | Jeep

I had to look it up in disbelief.

I saw this metal badge "MW3 Edition" and was like is this real or something custom...

So yeah its real.. A video game licensed car...

I... I don't even know what to say.

This is quite possibly... one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen. There are so many things wrong with this...

But of course...what's the problem? They been advertising them.

I live, I ride, I am. Jeep, FTW!

Because they can slap on some stickers and jack the price up 5 grand cause it's CoD fans.

Personally, I think it's a good looking vehicle. Why is this option package so offensive compared to all the other choices out there? Embarrassed to be associated with your gaming behaviors? It is a bit of a strange tie in, but is this the reason? Haven't studied the option packet verse price, but you often pay a big premium toward any option package you choose. And buying a car is not a utilitarian choice; we consider appearance all the time. I don't see any gaudy stickers all over the vehicle and upon first look, I think it looks kind of tight. If you're buying the package solely for the Call of Duty association that would be weird, but other than that, what's wrong with it?

One of our blue ropes in basic had the old CoD Black Ops jeep. It's not bad but not worth the premium they charge for it.

What to do after throwing money at that Jeep when MW4 comes out? Talk about loss of resale value!
