Wow. Thx for the info Justin. That's too bad to hear because i was hoping to buy very soon. This also makes me very skeptical of Eurocom's configurator listing the 6970m only $66 above the 460m.

If the price is more than what Eurocom is quoting then the wait for the 6970 won't seem quite as worth it to me.

@Justin, if i bought a Sager NP8150 today with a 2720 and 485 when would my ship date be? (credit purchase).

So is Eurocom trying to pull a fast one by saying its going to be out Feb 1? I don't know why they would release a laptop saying its going to have the 6970m available when it is not.

Everything speculative is leaked by eurocom ahead of confirmation - availability, pricing, etc.

    It's the fudzilla of OEMs.

Failing negligence it must be conspiracy - they're doing it deliberately because they want preorders.

Thanks Justin but is it possible to get some information on the stock CPU? The EUROCOM comes with Intel i7 2720QM as stock. Will it be the same for the updated version?

    Thank you

I'm pretty impressed that the Eurocom can hold up to 32gb ram. There are not many laptops on the market that have that much power. I'm really tempted to do a preorder. There has to be something to this early info leakage. If they are willing to blantantly lie so they could get preorders and cannot live up to expectations, in the end they are just screwing themselves.

Notebookcheck indicated that Eurocom might expand to the EU, would be their worst move ever, with those tactics they will be sued into oblivion.
