Since Alienware decided not to launch the updated M11x yet, this little Monster might be the ideal solution for gamers looking to stay as portable as possible.

I can hardly wait to see one of these for myself.

The M11x has actually been discontinued and "phased out" worldwide, it has been confirmed that there will NOT be a 4th revision which means no Ivy Bridge. Very soon it will not be available at all from Dell, retail or outlet.

I know some sites are reporting there will definitely be no M11x replacement, but all I've heard so far from Dell/Alienware is that there is no M11x replacement NOW and that the new lineup consists of just the new M14x, M17x and M18x.

I know M11x sales dropped off after the first year of explosive sales but it seems odd that Alienware would completely abandon gaming with smaller notebooks. Not only will all the Clevo resellers be pushing this new 11-inch gaming laptop this year, but initial conversations with multiple manufacturers suggest that we should start seeing several options for sub 13-inch gaming/multimedia notebooks using Intel's Ivy Bridge and NVIDIA's Kepler GPUs.

In any case, I like the initial specs on this Eurocom Monster (Clevo w110er) ... I just wish the matte screen option didn't increase the price so much.

I always wonder why reviewers always refer to the reseller's name of the model not the OEM name

Sadly, I don't have faith in quality of that screen. They should of used LG 12" IPS on that bad boy.

Looks like a nice product for those who want a pint-sized gaming laptop.

Is the 2 GB 650M any better than the 1 GB 650M, or is this the 1.5 GB 555M versus the 3.0 GB 555M all over again?
